Picture this : A child no older than 9 years old, walking up to her sister and saying "OH MY GOD BECKY, LOOK AT HER BUTT, IT IS SOOOOO BIG".... this child was me.
Yes, at 9 years old I knew all lyrics to this song, and the video makes me laugh to this day. I was living in West Palm Beach, Florida, and my sister Melissa taught me the lyrics and I caught on a little too quickly. There we were, dancing around in our mathcing jean and orange polka-dotted daisy dukes singing about liking big butts.
Little did my sisters know, that same song would serve as a wonderful memory ten years later. On May 15, 2004, while at my wedding reception, I secretly made a song request to our DJ. Our DJ asked that me and my 7 sisters walk out to the middle of the dance floor, he had a suprise request. We all scrambled to the middle of the dance floor and waited. The DJ yelled "This is for allll the crazy sisters, requested by the bride". Seconds later everyone got quiet....and when the song started, my sisters and I went crazy! We danced the entire song and we laughed and laughed. Good times
